Woodland logistics now has 32 trucks and 41 trailers displaying the new corporate branding with every division represented, logistics is soon to take delivery of a fleet of ergonomically designed trailers, similar to the Marks & Spencer trailers you will see around the UK, the fleet will be used initially on 2 contracts with a view to introducing more of the aero dynamic design, as featured, in the next 6 months slowing phasing out the old box type design.

The trailers not only provideadditional cubic capacity, they willreduce our carbon footprint by saving up to 12% on fuel.

The Double Deck Trailer fleet is also being added to with the introduction of 10 'butterfy' decked trailers, these enable the second deck to be folded into the middle of the trailer meaning the trailer can be converted into a conventional single deck trailer, the carrying capacity of this type of trailer increases the conventional cubic capacity from 60-65cbm to 80-85cbm, so there are clear benefts.
